Appointments, Fees and Policies

Scheduling
Weekday, some evening and alternate Saturday appointments are available. Sessions take approximately one hour; however please allow a full hour and fifteen minutes for each session. If there are time constraints, please communicate these at the beginning of the session.

Payment
An investment of £60 per session for adults and £40 per session for children, up to the age of 16, is payable on completion of each session. You are welcome to pay by cash or cheque.

Appointments
Appointment details for your subsequent session(s) will be written out on the back of your ARC-Scotland business card. Depending on appointment availability, you may wish to book more than one session ahead if you have a preferred time. Appointments are considered confirmed when scheduled.

Cancelling or rescheduling policy
Unless there are extenuating circumstances, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Session time is valuable; both yours and mine. At the discretion of your practitioner, no-show appointments (without prior warning) will be charged; if the appointment slot can be used by another client, you will not be charged. To avoid this unpleasant situation, please send notification by telephone, and email if possible, as soon as you realise you cannot attend as there are often others who would gladly take your vacated position with a little warning. If a scheduling mistake is made on the part of ARC-Scotland that causes you to come back at another time, you will receive the next session at no charge.
